Dine at The Seaton Lane Inn
All meals in the Seaton Lane Inn’s tastefully furnished restaurant are served with a selection of fresh market vegetables and homemade chunky chips or the chef’s potato dish of the day.
The chef is equally choosy about the quality of the fish and meat he buys in – the latter coming from a well respected local butcher who goes to a local market and selects only the finest quality produce – and will happily chat about the origins and standards of the various cuts of meat when he pops into the bar for a quick pint.
Seaton Lane Inn’s traditional Sunday Lunch have become famous throughout the area and a special daytime menu that includes light and healthy options complements the luxurious yet affordable a la carte menu.
The restaurant boasts a wide choice of entrees ranging from chef’s homemade soup of the day (ask when ordering), pan fried mushrooms in garlic and chicken liver parfait to fish starters like traditional prawn cocktail, fishcakes and homemade salmon pate to seared scallops, mussels (also available as a main course) and king prawns.
Fish dishes are a specialty at the Seaton Lane Inn, ranging from baked monkfish tail, oven roasted cod and a monkfish and mussel Thai red curry to a choice of salmon dishes and oven baked lobster.
